Stretches, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 squats, 200 meter run

SWOD:

Bench Press: 5×8 (155)

Push Press: 5×8 (95)

WOD:

12 min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible):

1 wall walk (modified as needed)
2 manmakers
3 squat jumps
4 BURPEES
5 V-ups
